What's available

Three ways to work with us.

Each service looks at a different stage of the same journey. Read through them below, and write to us if you would like help choosing.

A brief introduction

Some organisations arrive knowing what they need; others only sense that something in their hiring pattern deserves a closer look. Either is a reasonable start. The three services cover the stages we are most often asked about, and nothing requires you to choose more than one.

The services

  • Indicative scope: three weeks
  • Written report with observed patterns

How to choose

If turnover feels unclear

The retention pattern review is a reasonable starting point when recruitment costs have risen without an obvious cause.

If a role will not fill

The role definition workshop can help when a position has stayed open for months and the description has not been looked at in years.

If new hires leave early

Onboarding design support fits an organisation that keeps losing people within the first year.

If none of these fits your situation precisely, write to us and we will help think it through before you commit to anything.

What every service includes

Across all three you can expect a written document at the end, confidentiality for anyone we speak with, and a report that describes patterns without naming individuals. None of them includes finding, screening or introducing candidates.

Prices and payment

The prices shown are guide prices (from, in yen) for the scope described. The final amount, how consumption tax is treated and when payment falls due are set out in a written quote before work starts, and payment arrangements are agreed individually in writing. The full list of items is on the commercial transactions notice.

Questions before deciding

Can we combine more than one service?

Yes. A review can be followed by a workshop once the pattern is clearer; each is quoted separately.

Can you find candidates for a role?

No. We do not recruit, place or introduce candidates and we claim no placement licence. The workshop only helps you describe the role.

Do you work in Japanese as well as English?

Engagements are written in English. Tell us what your team needs when you write.

What if we are not sure which service fits?

Describe the situation in a first message and we will suggest a starting point, or say that none of the three fits.

Ready to talk it through?

Send a note describing your situation and we will say which service, if any, is worth considering.
